How to setup a custom domain with 1 and 1

    1. Sign in to your 1&1 account.

    1. Use the drop-down arrow on the top left to select “Domains & SSL”
    2. Select the Gear icon under ACTIONS then, click on DNS  

    1. Click the “Add record” button

    1. Locate “A” and select the forward arrow.

  1. Here you will be required to fill the following fields:
      1. Type: Confirm you chose A in the previous step
      2. Host Name: Type “@” to point directly to your unique domain name.
      3. Points to: Enter the IP address sent in the business activation email.
      4. TTL: Use the drop-down arrow to select how long the server should cache information
      5.  Select “Save” when done.
