How to Import or Export mail

  • Go to Settings
  • Open Email Accounts
  • Select your PrivateMail account
  • Open the Manage Folders tab
  • Under Manage Folders select the Import/Export Mail button

  • In the popup window, select folder from the dropdown
  • If you press Export, all mails in selected folder will be placed into ZIP archive you can download
  • If you press Import, you can upload ZIP archive obtained with Export into the selected folder
  • You can also create such an archive manually; if you have mails saved as .EML files, place them into .ZIP archive and import it
